Beyond trade flows, we advise on the financing of associated assets including vessels (dry cargo and tankers), storage infrastructure, and production facilities.
In addition to traditional debt financing, we support clients in accessing alternative capital sources, including private debt, mezzanine financing, and equity solutions—whether for growth, acquisition, or project development.
We provide ad-hoc M&A advisory services to clients in the commodities sector who are pursuing strategic transactions around existing projects or assets.
