We provide ad-hoc M&A advisory to commodity sector clients pursuing acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures around existing projects or assets. Our approach covers the full deal lifecycle — strategic planning, target and buyer screening, commercial and financial due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and transaction structuring — supported by senior experience executing complex cross-border deals, including downstream oil and gas divestments and terminal infrastructure transactions across Sub-Saharan Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.
